“Hi, I’m Colleen. I have experience supporting adults in improving their quality of life through evidence based practices. Whether it's depression, anxiety, a difficult transition, or maintaining recovery, I am here to help!”

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, after nearly a decade working in clinical research, Colleen wanted to be able to do more to help people going through a hard time. She relocated to the mountains of western North Carolina to pursue this goal and obtained her Master’s in Social Work from Western Carolina University in 2018.

Colleen has significant experience working with adults recovering from substance use (including Suboxone) and promoting overall wellness through holistic, evidence based therapeutic practices. Colleen is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
